HOT MOMMA
Miroslava Duma is one hot momma, pregnant or not! If you don't know Duma she was an editor for Harper's Bazaar (Russia) and now is a freelance writer for numerous publications such as OK Magazinee (Russia), Tatler, and Glamour (Russia). She an international fashion icon, and a darling to all the street style photographers. I've taken even more notice of her since she's been pregnant. How adorable is she?!
Take a note from Miroslava Duma's book and play up that bump and have fun with it! Many woman have a hard time figuring out how to stay stylish while prego. My advise is accessories, accessories, and you guessed it more accessories. Jewelry finishes any outfit and the best part is that one size fits all! You can dress in comfy leggings and an over-sized T and as soon as you throw on tons of jewels you're instantly stylish. You can check out more of Duma's hot prego looks here.

STREET STYLE
Yes, that outfit looks amazing on the runway but how would one actually wear it? Street style is where I get most of my fashion inspiration. The designers do a wonderful job at coming up with beautiful clothes and accessories, but how the buyer then takes those clothes and styles them to make it their own is what I love best about fashion. Here are some great photographs from Tamu McPherson of All the Pretty Birds.
Checkout how these ladies have made their jewelry their own. The accessories really do make each of these looks special.

JEWELRY IT GIRL: NICOLE WARNE
I'm pretty obsessed with style blogs and currently my favorite blogger is Nicole Warne of Garry Pepper Vintage. I love the way she puts outfits together that aren't too fussy and of course I love her use of accessories. Here are a few of my favorite jewelry looks. Also, she is one of Cosmopolitans Fun Fearless Females nominees, so be sure to check out the competition as well as her blog.

PICKING JEWELRY FOR AN INTERVIEW
Fashion is for everyone at all times including when you're interviewing. How you present yourself can make or break your chances of getting a job. I believe for an interview jewelry should be tasteful, understated, and appropriate for the attire. One good tip to remember when deciding what to wear to an interview is that you want to emphasize your professionalism and not your fashion taste.
Jewelry worn to an interview should be neutral and not too revealing in tone. Wearing something that is overly religious, pet, horoscope, or even hobby related can only hurt your chances at landing the job. You want to make sure you keep the interviewer focused on your exceptional business skills and not the fact that you love cats. The last thing you need is for them to draw on any stereotypes instead of the business at hand.
Also, a good tip to remember is that "after hour" jewelry can make you look unprofessional. Big hoop earrings or over sized rings are better left for the weekends. Bracelets can be very distracting as well as noisy, especially if you are a hand talker and best avoided.
A great way to keep attention towards your face is with a pair of stud earrings that have a bit of sparkle and/or a simple necklace that hits around your collar bone. Now I am probably the biggest fan of the "more is more" philosophy when it comes to wearing jewelry, but even I know there is a time and place and when you are looking to land a corporate gig and the interview room is not it. When in doubt go classic and small like the lovely ladies pictures below.

ERIN FETHERSTON
I recently discovered Erin Fetherston's beautiful clothes and I am in love! The way that she mixes classic shapes with hints of sass is just perfection. I love a pulled together look and I think she does it in a way that looks effortless.
